No matter the reason, if you’re feeling stressed out, it’s never too late to pause.

I pray this blog post helps you do just that. Pause – and find a little peace of mind.

Spending time in my garden always grounds me. It helps me remember that Yahuah is in control.

Whether you can get out into nature right now or not, I pray the scriptures below, and the video of our Spring garden this year, will help you find peace of mind.

‘Do not worry at all, but in every matter, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,

let your requests be made known to Elohim.’

‘And the peace of Elohim, which surpasses all understanding,

shall guard your hearts and minds through Messiah יהושע.’

Philippians 4:6, 7

Shabbat is almost here (as I’m writing this) so thankfully we all have an excuse to slow down and truly rest. I love to walk through the garden on shabbat and just enjoy Yahuah’s creation. I pray that wherever you are, you will let all of your burdens go. Find a place to connect with YAH, and stay focused on Him. Yahuah is The Most High. That means He’s higher than all your problems. Higher than all your stress, and your pain.

‘“The one steadfast of mind You guard in perfect peace, for he trusts in You.’

‘“Trust in יהוה forever, for in Yah, יהוה, is a rock of ages.’

‘“For He shall bring down those who dwell on high. He lays the exalted city low, He lays it low to the earth, He brings it down to the dust.’

Isaiah 26:3-5

Yahuah is always looking out for you. If you’re feeling oppressed, don’t stress. Keep on trusting Yahuah. He is ALWAYS in control. If you have a prayer request to share below, please, feel free. You’re never alone. I am certain those who read the comments will pray.

If you have a grateful heart, or you just feel moved to connect and share an uplifting thought or a psalm, you’re welcome to do so as well. I always read all the comments, and I pray all those who do will be blessed.

Let’s rest in the peace of YAH, mishpacha.

Much love,

-Hadarah BatYah
