Shalom Mishpacha! At this time of year, I’m always reminded of just how much Yah wants His law to be written on the tablet of our hearts.
“You shall therefore lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. ‘
Deuteronomy 11:18 TS2009
Did you know a healthy human heart doesn’t beat in perfect, metronome-like time? Yah designed a healthy human heart to slow down and speed up whenever we need it to. It still has a rhythm, but it’s not always perfect.
I was practicing my “Proverbs 3 Song” yesterday when I had some down time during Shavuot. I had the camera rolling, just to help myself learn from my mistakes afterwards. I wasn’t going to share it with you, because it wasn’t perfect. Then I thought to myself, much like the human heart, praise isn’t designed to be perfect. We are human, not AI 🙂 Right? So let’s just keep doing our best to praise Him.
““If you love Me, you shall guard My commands.”
John 14:15 TS2009
None of us are perfect, but our goal should be to let Yah’s Word become so natural, that we don’t even have to think about doing it. Kind of like a human heart beat 🙂 Anyway, here’s my “Proverbs 3 Song” which I now call, “Like a Heartbeat.” I hope you enjoy.
My son, do not forget my Torah, and let your heart watch over my commands;
For length of days and long life and peace they add to you.
Let not loving-commitment and truth forsake you
– Bind them around your neck,
Write them on the tablet of your heart,
Thus finding favour and good insight In the eyes of Elohim and man.
Proverbs 3:1-4
I hope you’ll take time to read the whole chapter of Proverbs 3. The song is based on Proverbs 3:1-18, so at least read that much if you can. Let’s keep trusting in Yahuah. Allow The Set Apart Sprit, The Ruach Ha Chodesh, to write Yah’s Word on the tablet of our hearts.
If you have any thoughts on this topic, or a testimony to share, feel free to share it in the comments below. It’s always great to hear from you!
Much love,

No matter the reason, if you’re feeling stressed out, it’s never too late to pause.
I pray this blog post helps you do just that. Pause – and find a little peace of mind.
Spending time in my garden always grounds me. It helps me remember that Yahuah is in control.
Whether you can get out into nature right now or not, I pray the scriptures below, and the video of our Spring garden this year, will help you find peace of mind.
‘Do not worry at all, but in every matter, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,
let your requests be made known to Elohim.’
‘And the peace of Elohim, which surpasses all understanding,
shall guard your hearts and minds through Messiah יהושע.’
Philippians 4:6, 7
Shabbat is almost here (as I’m writing this) so thankfully we all have an excuse to slow down and truly rest. I love to walk through the garden on shabbat and just enjoy Yahuah’s creation. I pray that wherever you are, you will let all of your burdens go. Find a place to connect with YAH, and stay focused on Him. Yahuah is The Most High. That means He’s higher than all your problems. Higher than all your stress, and your pain.
‘“The one steadfast of mind You guard in perfect peace, for he trusts in You.’
‘“Trust in יהוה forever, for in Yah, יהוה, is a rock of ages.’
‘“For He shall bring down those who dwell on high. He lays the exalted city low, He lays it low to the earth, He brings it down to the dust.’
Isaiah 26:3-5
Yahuah is always looking out for you. If you’re feeling oppressed, don’t stress. Keep on trusting Yahuah. He is ALWAYS in control. If you have a prayer request to share below, please, feel free. You’re never alone. I am certain those who read the comments will pray.
If you have a grateful heart, or you just feel moved to connect and share an uplifting thought or a psalm, you’re welcome to do so as well. I always read all the comments, and I pray all those who do will be blessed.
Let’s rest in the peace of YAH, mishpacha.
Much love,
-Hadarah BatYah

Hi there, I’m Hadarah Batyah. I sincerely believe that in order to have a spiritual walk that is authentic and true, the Word of Yahuah must be written on the inside of our hearts. That's why I write scripture songs and set apart music. Although I don’t have everything in my spiritual life all figured out, I know that Yahuah gave me the gift of music to serve Him and encourage your heart. I pray you'll be inspired by what you see on this blog. If you're curious and wanna know more- I tell it all on the About Page.
