HEAL OUR LAND. When we look around at what’s happening in the world today – without a doubt I’m sure we all can admit that our land, and our nation, is in desperate need of healing. The curses in Deuteronomy 28 are visible now much more than ever before, and we need to be restored to Yahuah. But in order for us to be restored and healed collectively as a group, individual people like you and me, have to make it a priority to allow our personal pain and hurts to heal as well.
Over the past year of my life, I made a conscious effort to take a lot of quiet time alone with Yahuah. Much more quiet time than usual. I did this to in order to create space for the healing to begin. I want to invite you to do the same. At least for the next 7 days.
Healing and restoration is a reoccurring theme in the scriptures. Today I just want to focus on 2 Chronicles 7:14. Let’s do a scripture challenge. This passage has become very meaningful to me because it literally outlines the healing process. I wrote and recorded a new song based on this scripture. It’s called, “Heal our Land” And it will be available for you right here on Thursday, Feb 8, 2017.
Before the new single comes out, I thought it would be meaningful to just focus on the passage of scripture together, and share more about the impact this verse can have in our lives. In the video below I invite you to focus on this passage with me over the course of the next 7 days. And you’ll see the details for this challenge just below the video. Take a few minutes to watch it. And leave a comment below to let me know if you’re in on the challenge or if the video was meaningful for you.
“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and forgive their sin, and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
7 day Scripture Challenge.
Take 5 mins every morning to repeat 2 Chronicles 7:14 to yourself.
Say it out loud and memorize the words.
Internalize the words.
Take your time and let the words run deep.
Allow the Word of Yahuah to come inside of you and overflow to the rest of your life.
You will have more peace of mind, more calmness, and assurance…
You will feel more connected to your Creator, and be more conscious of His authority in your life.
If you’re not in a place where you can watch the video above, or you’re looking for the scripture references i mentioned in the video, read through the rest of this blog post. The steps for healing in 2 Chronicles 7:14 are discussed below.
STEP ONE: Recognize who you belong to.
Before any healing can take place, we have to become conscious and recognize not only who we are as individuals, but whose we are, and who we belong to. The verse starts out by saying “If MY people…” We are the people of Yahuah. We are not our own. We can’t even breathe a single breath without Yahuah. That means our very lives exist because He exists, and the plan for our lives is in HIS hands. Sometimes we get frustrated when things don’t go the way we had planned. But if we stop and recognize that Yahuah is in control, and His plans are greater than ours because He is all-knowing, we should then be able to accept that Yah only wants what is for our good. As we submit to His will instead of battling to have our own, healing can begin.
Before moving on I have to emphasize that the verse says- His people are called by His name. What is His name? Is it just the four Hebrew letters? We know that names are identifiers. They signify character and authority. When we align ourselves with the name of Yahuah, we have to make the conscious choice not only to accept his authority but his character traits as well. So if you’re standing on the street shouting at people, tearing them down with your words, you have to ask yourself, is that the character of Yahuah? Is that the spirit of Yah? Choosing to embody the character traits of Yahuah is so vital to the process of healing and restoration.
Galatians 5:22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustworthiness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no Torah.
Exodus 34:5-7
And Yahuah came down in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the Name, Yahuah. And Yahuah passed before him, and proclaimed, Yahuah, Yahuah, an El merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving crookedness and transgression and sin, but by no means leaving unpunished; visiting the crookedness of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, to the third and to the fourth generation.
Click the arrows on the passages above for glimpses of the character traits of Yahuah.
STEP TWO: Be Humble and Pray
A humble heart is one of the most beautiful things in the world. It allows for introspection, self-reflection, personal, and spiritual growth. Pride, on the other hand, gets in the way of all that. Sadly many of our people who become conscious of who they are, after years of oppression and pain, remain in their natural flesh and become filled with anger and pride. I am seeing way too much of this. And it sincerely pains me inside. When will we recognize that there is a difference between walking in the power and authority of Yahuah, and boasting with selfishness, hatred, and pride? Yahuah said, “Vengence is mine.” He will repay.
Deuteronomy 32:35
Vengeance is Mine, and repayment, at the time their foot slips; For near is the day of their calamity, and the matters prepared are hastening to them.
Romans 12:19
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Yahuah.

Healing cannot happen until we humble ourselves and pray. When truth is revealed, it should cause us to realize that it’s only by Yah’s mercy and his loving-commitment that we have not been stricken dead for transgressing His ways. When we speak with others about the truth, we need to remember where we came from just a short little while ago. We need to seek Yahuah’s face and reflect His light.
STEP THREE: Let Forgiveness and Healing flow.
The reality is this: The people who have hurt us in the past, both collectively and as individuals, will not always become humble. Most will not seek His face nor turn from their wicked ways. Most will continue to attempt to hurt us over and over again. Now consider this: How does Yahuah react toward us when we continuously hurt Him? Just consider that for a moment….
Yahuah is so merciful that when we hurt Him, He simply steps aside, and He lets us choose to live the way we want to live – consequences and all. He simply sets himself apart. In the same manner, we can choose to be set apart- to literally choose to step away from all situations, relationships, and circumstances that are bringing us hurt, anger or pain. Click the down arrow to read the Psalm below for inspiration.
Psalms 5:3,4
O Yahuah, in the morning You hear my voice; I present myself to You in the morning, and I look up. For You are not an El taking delight in wrong, nor does evil dwell with You.
It’s only when we choose to put the pain and anger aside that we will begin to heal. It’s called forgiveness. And it’s one of the hardest pills to swallow – I know. But if Yahuah can forgive us for all that we have done to Him, simply because He sees that we have willingly made the choice to become humble, to pray, to seek his face, and turned from our wicked ways…. how then can we not forgive those who have the same spirit as well? Just consider how great is Yah’s loving-commitment is toward us, that He would forgive us, and heal our land.
I pray that we will all take time to internalize the message of 2 Chronicles 7:14 for the sake of ourselves, our nation, and our land. Leave a comment below if this message was meaningful for you. If you’re going to join together with me and meditate on this passage for the next 7 days, leave a comment saying “I’m in.”
I’ll see you right here on the blog for the release of my new single “Heal Our Land” on Thursday, Feb 8, 2018.

Have you ever made the decision to let go of things in one area of your life? And then Yahuah challenged you to take things to the next level?
That’s where I’m at right now.
In the video below, I’ll share some of my life’s little lessons with you. And I pray these lessons inspire you to continue to grow spiritually – that’s what we’re here for isn’t it?
Oh and I share some good news about music in the video as well. I pray the next 10 mins will be meaningful for you. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
In my journey, I felt like the extra physical things that i had in my life were all reminders of the emotional things that I was still holding on to. And they were. I did not realize that making the choice to let go was really just the beginning. Where does the beginning start for you? What things, people, places, or situations in your life are keeping you from growing beyond the stage that you’re currently in? I challenge you to think about your life – seriously. And leave a comment if you feel inspired to share.
“And you shall remember that Yahuah your Alahiym, led you ALL the way….”
Deuteronomy 8:2
I hope you enjoyed today’s blog post. It feels good to be back! I look forward to sharing more music & motivation with you. Let’s keep moving forward – together.

It’s been a lil minute since I made a video for you. I pray things are well with you and that you’re still moving forward in life and in your spiritual journey.
All too often we try to get ahead of Yahuah in our lives. Sometimes we follow the things that we think are the best, or the most logical to do. But today I just want to encourage you to slow down. Slow down and listen to what Yahuah has to say.
In the video below I’ll share some of my life lessons with you. I’m learning how to let go and let Yah lead, and I hope that sharing this will make an impact in your life too.
“Trust in Yahuah with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge HIM, and He shall direct your path.”
Proverbs 3:5,6
Regardless of what is coming next for you in life, I pray that you’ll take the simple text above to heart. It’s not always easy to let go, but if we can truly learn to slow down and let Yahuah lead, surely, He will lead us all the way Home. Keep looking up Mishpacah.
Sending love & hugs your way,
-Hadarah BatYah

Spring is REALLY here now – the sun is shining and it feels so good to know that Spring is in full effect. Just finished celebrating The Passover Memorial, and now we are in The Feast of Unleavened Bread. I took some time off work to rest, search my heart, seek Yahuah and assemble with my Mishpacah. Been off for about a week and it’s been SO GOOD.
I’ve been tinkering in my garden – would you like to see what’s happening in there? This little indoor garden room brings me so much peace of mind… There’s a 5 min video for you to enjoy below. I pray it makes you smile and feel inspired. If you don’t have a garden yet, maybe this will peak your interest to try growing some things yourself. If you do have a garden, leave a comment below and tell me what you’re growing this season!
“And out of the ground Yahuah Alahiym made to spring up every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food. The tree of life was in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.” Genesis 2:9
Whether you have a garden or not, I pray that you enjoyed this. Growing plants just reminds me of how much Yahuah is in control. He holds all the power in his hands – it’s truly amazing. And He allows us to be a part of it, simply by planting seeds…
This is true for our spiritual lives as well. In this season, when the world is celebrating holidays like Easter that have nothing to do with the truth, just remember, Yahuah’s in control, we’re just here to plant seeds. The truth will grow in the hearts with soil that is ready to receive it.
All in all, the most important thing we need to do is ask ourselves what seeds we’ve allowed to be sown in the garden of our own hearts. The fruit that comes forth from our own lives will be the greatest witness of all. Maybe we can talk about that in the next scripture challenge at the end of the month. For now, let’s remember to look to Yahuah to provide for our every need. He is the Creator of all living things, and in Him alone can we truly live. May His word continue to bring us Peace of Mind.
So tell me, what’s in your garden this season? And if you don’t have a garden yet, have you ever thought of starting one? Let me know in the comments section below. I’ll see you there! It’s always great to hear from you.

I wasn’t going to share this – I just felt the need to be still and not say anything at all. And so, for a moment, I did. But in that stillness, poetry came, and I decided that sharing the reality of vulnerable moments like these gives others permission to do the same. The poem is called, “See Myself” and I’ll share it with you in the 3 min video below- then we’ll get to the scripture challenge.
If you’re new here I’m glad you came. We have these challenges on the last week of the month so we can focus on spiritual growth as a community while developing our own personal relationship with Yah. Subscribe so that we can stay connected.
This scripture challenge is focused on Colossians 1:17. Watch the video below and leave a comment here on the blog if you’re in on the challenge!
“He is before all things and in Him all things are held together. “
Colossians 1:17
7 day Scripture Challenge.
Take 5 mins every morning to repeat Colossians 1:17 to yourself.
Say it out loud and memorize the words.
Internalize the words.
Take your time and let the words run deep.
Allow the Word of Yahuah to come inside of you and overflow to the rest of your life.
You will have more peace of mind, more calmness and assurance…
You will create space to hear the truth in your life.
You will continue to make the choice to but Yahuah before all things, and not man.
Want a little extra challenge?
Take an extra 5 min after meditating on the word of Yah to journal all the thoughts that come to your mind. Write out your frustrations, your fears, your conflicts, your reality, your pain, your peace. Be real with yourself. Yahuah wants to show you some things about yourself.
Journaling can be so healing. Try to block out all the opinions of others and just write out what Yahuah is showing you about yourself. I’ll be doing this extra part of the challenge too. Let’s remember there is healing in His wings (Malachi 4:2)
If you’re in on the challenge leave a comment below and say “I’m in!” You can also feel free to share your personal thoughts regarding the poem I wrote called “See Myself” -especially if any part of it relates to your life. I look forward to connecting with you down in the comments below.
Peace & Love,

I had a dream the other day. At the end of the dream, I was flying. Have you ever been flying in your dreams before? It was SO cool.
The clouds were all around me, I could see the rolling hills, and the water below me and it was so beautiful. Everything was bright and clear. I’ll tell you more about this dream in the video below. It ties right in with our scripture challenge.
That morning when I woke up from the dream, I told a close friend about it. They mentioned that flying often symbolizes faith. We all know that we should have faith, but I admit, sometimes it’s hard to believe.
Do you ever feel so low, that you barely have the energy to get out of bed, much less to “think positive” or dream of what it might feel like to fly? I’ve been there before. I think we’ve all been there before.
If you could use a little encouragement, I challenge you, for the next 7 days, shift your focus every morning to this scripture challenge passage and see what it does for your heart and mind.
If you’re new here I’m glad you came.
We have these challenges during the last week of the month so we can focus on spiritual growth as a community while developing our own personal relationship with Yah. Subscribe so that we can stay connected.
This scripture challenge is focused on 1 Corinthians 2:9.
Watch the 5 min video below and leave a comment here on the blog if you’re in on the challenge!
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither has entered into the heart of man, the things that Alahiym has prepared for them that love Him. “
I Corinthians 2:9
7 day Scripture Challenge.
Take 5 mins every morning to repeat 1 Corinthians 2:9 to yourself.
Say it out loud and memorize the words.
Internalize the words.
Take your time and let the words run deep.
Allow the Word of Yahuah to come inside of you and overflow to the rest of your life.
You will have more peace of mind, more calmness and assurance…
You will move from feeling low, to feeling more balanced and level, so that you can prepare to fly.
Want a little extra challenge?
The ideas in 1 Corinthians 2:9 come from Isaiah 64:4, and that passage is about Yahuah coming through for us, not because we deserve it, but simply because we chose to wait on him. If you want an extra challenge, you can read or meditate on that passage too. The text is just below.
Isaiah 64:4
“Since the beginning of the ages they have not heard no perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any Elohim besides You, who acts for those who wait for Him.” Isaiah 64:4, The Scriptures.
REMEMBER: There is a parallel between loving Yahuah and waiting on Him. 1 Corinthians 2:9 speaks about Yahuah preparing the unfathomable for those that love Him, and Isiah 64:4 talks about Yah preparing the very
same for those that wait for Him. We must have faith and WAIT on Yahuah to see this thing He has prepared for us.
Read the whole chapter of Isaiah 64 if you have time. You’ll be so glad that you did.
No matter what is happening in your life right now I challenge you to find just 5 min to shift your focus. For eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither has enetered into the heart of man, the things that Alahiym has prepared for them that love Him. I pray you continue to enjoy the music & motivation here on the blog, and that the word of Yahuah makes an impact in your life.
If you’re in on this challenge, let me know and say “i’m in!” Share your thoughts down in the comments below. Have you ever been flying in your dreams? I’ll be praying for you this week and everyone who reads your comment will know that we’re all in this together too. I pray you’ll join us!

Hi there, I’m Hadarah Batyah. I sincerely believe that in order to have a spiritual walk that is authentic and true, the Word of Yahuah must be written on the inside of our hearts. That's why I write scripture songs and set apart music. Although I don’t have everything in my spiritual life all figured out, I know that Yahuah gave me the gift of music to serve Him and encourage your heart. I pray you'll be inspired by what you see on this blog. If you're curious and wanna know more- I tell it all on the About Page.
