A deeper prayer life

“But without belief it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to Elohim has to believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek Him.”

Hebrews 11:6 TS2009

Do you want to have a deeper prayer life?

I know I do.

We’re all on a journey to grow spiritually here, and this path is full of ups and downs. Whether you are currently feeling high or low, close or far from Yahuah, we can be grateful because His Word is true. Meditating on His Word, or more literally, praying through the scriptures, can help you to have a deeper prayer life.

I’m still growing in this area, but if there’s one thing I know, I felt a huge release after meditating on the scriptures in today’s video. The Ruach really moved on my heart. I hope you’ll feel the same. Yahuah is real. Just allow the Ruach to speak to your heart and be your guide. Let’s put away the distractions, and meditate on The Word of Yahuah together. This will only take 10 mins.

You can watch the video, or follow along with the scriptures quoted below. This video format is a little more personal than the scripture meditations I’ve shared in the past. I pray these verses will help to build your faith, and allow you to have deeper, richer, more connected prayer times with Yahuah.

If this video is meaningful for you, let me know. I enjoy being able to share in this way. It helps me grow spiritually too 🙂

““Beware of doing your kind deeds before men, in order to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in the heavens.”

Matthew 6:1 TS2009

“And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the congregations and on the corners of the streets, to be seen by men. Truly, I say to you, they have their reward.

But you, when you pray, go into your room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place. And your Father who sees in secret shall reward you openly.

“And when praying, do not keep on babbling like the nations. For they think that they shall be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.

“This, then, is the way you should pray: ‘Our Father who is in the heavens, let Your Name be set-apart, let Your reign come, let Your desire be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

‘And do not lead us into trial, but deliver us from the wicked one – because Yours is the reign and the power and the esteem, forever. Amĕn.’

Matthew 6:5-13 TS2009

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in all circumstances give thanks, for this is the desire of Elohim in Messiah יהושע for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies, prove them all. Hold fast what is good. Keep back from every form of wickedness. And the Elohim of peace Himself set you completely apart, and your entire spirit, and being, and body – be preserved blameless at the coming of our Master יהושע Messiah!”

1 Thessalonians 5:16-23 TS2009

Let Your Ruach Fall On Me. Spontaneous Worship.

Let Your Ruach Fall On Me. Spontaneous Worship.

Can’t do it on my own

Shalom Mishpacah, it’s Hadarah.

We can’t do anything Yahuah wants us to do without The Set Apart Spirit, Ruach Ha Chodesh. So I’ve been longing for more of Yah’s Ruach to fall on me.

Sometimes I catch myself trying to do things in my own strength, and those attempts always fail. I often get stuck in my head and start tripping over myself. Ever been there before?

Every day is new

Today, I choose to begin anew with Yahuah, by the power of His Ruach. Simply because I need Him more. You with me? His mercies are new every morning, so let’s just pause and reconnect to Yahuah through His Word, and ask for more of His Ruach in our lives.

Don’t be afraid to lift your hands and say out loud,

“Yah, please let your Ruach fall!”

“And I shall give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I shall give you a heart of flesh, and put My Spirit within you. And I shall cause you to walk in My laws and guard My right-rulings and shall do them.”

“And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers. And you shall be My people, and I shall be your Elohim.”

Ezekiel 36:26-28

A new song in my heart

This morning, while out on my nature walk, some music came to me. It’s just a simple song, saying “Let Your Ruach Fall on me.” This new song is the prayer of my heart right now, so I wanted to share it with you. If you need more of The Set Apart Spirit, I pray you’ll join me in this prayerful song below and meditate on Yahuah. He is so good, and His mercy is new every morning.

Now יהוה is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of יהוה is, there is freedom.

And we all, as with unveiled face we see as in a mirror the esteem of יהוה, are being transformed into the same likeness from esteem to esteem, as from יהוה, the Spirit.

2 Corinthians 3:17,18.

Where Yah leads, I will follow

Is there anything in your life that Yah is asking you to do by His Ruach that you have not yet accomplished? If you feel comfortable, share it in the comments. For me, I need Yah to help me finish the next album. There’s just no way I can do it on my own. HallaluYah. I’m so glad that I need Him, and that I’m aware of how much I need Him. Let’s keep one another in prayer as we seek to do His will.

“And if we expect what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with endurance.

And in the same way the Spirit does help in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray, but the Spirit Himself pleads our case for us with groanings unutterable.

And He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the set-apart ones according to Elohim.

And we know that all matters work together for good to those who love Elohim, to those who are called according to his purpose.”

Romans 6:25-28

Open your heart today

Above all, if you love Elohim, just open your heart and receive more of Yah’s Ruach today. I know you love Him; that’s why you’re still here. May Yah bless you and keep you. As you continue to walk with Him every day, say, “Yah, let your Ruach Fall!”

Healing in the stillness of Yah’s Creation.

Healing in the stillness of Yah’s Creation.

We all need healing, don’t we?

So many of us have issues that we bury deep inside. We cover them up because we just don’t have time or energy to move through them. Unresolved issues always come back if we don’t deal with them. So today I just want to admit that I still need healing.

To be completely transparent with you, one of the issues I’m dealing with is that I often feel like I’m just not good enough. I know that isn’t true, but it’s an area I currently struggle with. One of the ways I cope with this issue particular issue is by observing Yahuah’s creation.

“And Elohim saw all that He had made, and see, it was very good. And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the sixth day.”

Berĕshith (Genesis) 1:31 TS2009

Created to be very good.

Outside of reading Yah’s Word and praying to Him, I find spending time in nature helps me to reset when I get in a negative headspace. Nature has this way of being perfectly imperfect. It just exists. Nature does what it was created to do, and that’s what makes it good. It’s so balanced that you can’t help but feel good when you find a little pocket of peace in nature to rest in.

When I take time to observe the beauty that Yahuah’s made, and remember that He said in Genesis that His creation was very good, it reminds me that the same Elohim who created this world also created me. So even if I feel broken for a moment, or feel that I’m just not good enough, I’m reminded that just like the rest of Yah’s creation, I was created to be very good.

My husband and I just got back from a trip to Yosemite National Park here in California. The moments we spent in Yosemite Valley by the water are the ones I wish I could freeze and experience all over again.

Neither my husband nor I are perfect. Like I said at the beginning of this post, we all need healing. But we love Yahuah, and just like you, we are created in His image. Every single one of us, I’m sure, can find cracks in our broken vessels. We all have issues to deal with. But in our weakness Yah is strong. (2 Corinthians 12:9.) Our Creator, our Elohim, can heal and restore if we let Him. His Word will teach us how to live and be made whole again.

‘Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear Elohim, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. ‘

Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV

Healing in the stillness

Although there’s no real substitute for spending time in Yah’s creation, we can’t always get out into nature. So do what you can to pause and find stillness and balance in your every day life. Keep reading Yah’s word, it’s healing. Make time to pray, it’s healing. All these things keep you connected with Yahuah.

I’m sharing these moments at Yosemite with you in hopes that you’ll feel more peace and balance. Even if it’s just for a few moments in this crazy chaotic world. No matter what issues you’re struggling with – Yah willing, the sounds of nature and the visual of Yah’s creation will help to bring a little more healing to your soul.

‘Heal me, O יהוה, so that I am healed. Save me, so that I am saved, for You are my praise.’

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 17:14

What are some of the issues you’re dealing with right now?

In what areas do you still need healing?

I will Praise You More and More. Psalm 71 Song.

I will Praise You More and More. Psalm 71 Song.

Shalom Mishpacah, it’s Hadarah 🙂

This morning Yahuah gave me another song through the Psalms. I had plans to share something else – but when Yah gives you a gift, you can’t slap His hand and tell Him, “No.” It seems like the more time I spend in Yah’s Word, the more songs just start flowing out. HalaluYah! His Word never returns to Him void.

The new song is based on Psalm 71, especially verse 14.

‘But I will hope continually,

And will yet praise thee

more and more. ‘

Psalm 71:14

How many times have you gotten stuck in a circumstance, and found yourself just praying and asking Yah to make a way? There’s nothing wrong with asking for help or seeking Yah’s guidance. He absolutely wants us to do that. But we must also stop and give Him thanks and praise – just because He’s been so good! Look at all the things Yahuah’s already done 🙂

My prayer is that you will hear this song, and keep up your hope in Yahuah. I know the song isn’t perfect yet, but neither is life! So keep hoping, keep waiting, keep trusting, keep believing in our Maker Yahuah. He has a plan for your life. So praise Him through it all.

Enjoy the video below.

‘Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day. ‘

Psalm 71:8

If you enjoyed this song, I hope you’ll share it with a few friends. Everyone needs a little encouragement from time to time. Hopefully I’ll see you in the comments as well, especially if you have a praise report or something to give thanks to Yahuah for. It’s always good to connect and Praise Yahuah. So I’ll see you in the comments. Sending love!!

Search Me oh Yah. Psalm 139 Song. Sneak Peek.

Search Me oh Yah. Psalm 139 Song. Sneak Peek.

Therefore, whether you eat or drink,

or whatever you do,

do all to the esteem of Elohim.’

1 Corinthians 10:31

This week’s meditation comes in the form of little sneak peek 😉 It’s a new song called “Search Me Oh Yah,” based on Psalm 139:23,24. It’s still a work in progress, just started writing it yesterday, but I pray it will bless you as it is right now. Let me know what you think in the comments. I pray you’ll just close your eyes and enjoy it.

May Yah bless you and give you peace as you meditate on the words of this scripture song. You can sing it as a prayer to Yahuah. “Search Me Oh Yah and know my heart…” Enjoy the video below.

“Search me, O El, and know my heart: Try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.”

Psalm 139: 23, 24

I’ll be taking a bit of a break from making so many new music videos so I can actually finish recording the next album for you. You may see more things like this sneak peek, or behind the scenes videos coming up for a little while. And I’ll continue to have scripture meditations on my second channel for you as well. Hopefully you’ll enjoy coming on the journey with me, but if you’d rather just be surprised when the album is finally done, you can say so in the comments as well. I’m open to hearing all your feedback.

Sending love and shalom to you! Let Yah’s Word reign in your heart! Be blessed and enjoy the upcoming Shabbat. I know we all need it 🙂
