A Quiet Simple Life.
All I really want is a quiet, simple life. I don’t know about you, but that is good enough for me.

“For every matter there is an appointed time, even a time for every pursuit under the heavens:
“A time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to be silent, and a time to speak;
“He has made it all, beautiful in its time.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7, 11a TS2009
Do you have enough quiet spaces in your life?
I’ve been more quiet than usual lately. In the quiet spaces, I’ve been learning to hear Yah’s voice more clearly. I’m learning to follow His lead more closely, instead of my own. I want The Most High to tear up anything that shouldn’t be in my heart – pride, greed, selfishness – then sew me back together again.
Detaching from things of this world, spending less time online, and learning to be content with what I have in Yahuah, has been a huge part of that process. The process is still ongoing.
Do we ever stop learning and growing?
I hope this blog post can serve as a reminder for you to find more quiet spaces in your life.
My Favorite quiet place is in the garden.
Whether you have a garden or not, don’t be afraid to go outside more often. I made a video for you to enjoy below. It’s a walk through my Spring garden this year. That’s my quiet place.
I hope that seeing the images of Yah’s creation will remind you that we were created to live in a garden. It’s Yah’s ideal for mankind. Let’s all try to find ways to get back to natural spaces – where Yah’s creation, just by existing, gives Him all the praise.
All the footage in this video is real – even the hummingbirds. I just set up a tripod with an iPhone and let the little Hummingbirds come. All praise to Yahuah Most High 🙂
What’s next?
May Yahuah’s will be done in all our lives, mishpacha.
Going forward, I plan to share any new content, blog posts, or music that Yah gives me on a monthly basis. Weekly is just far too much for me. I just need room to slow down, put my relationship with Yahuah, my health, and my family first. I know those of you who appreciate slow living can understand that desire.
I could try to keep up with the pace this world is moving, but quite frankly, I just don’t have the desire to. What I do want is to continue to create quality, authentic, inspirational music & motivation for you – no matter how long it takes.
Scriptures on contentment and living a quiet simple life.
Here are some more scriptures for you to contemplate till the next time we connect here on the blog. As always, let The Ruach Ha Chodesh, the Set Apart Spirit of Yahuah, lead and guide into all truth. These passages are all taken from TS2009.
“Let your way of life be without the love of silver, and be satisfied with what you have. For He Himself has said, “I shall never leave you nor forsake you,” so that we boldly say, “יהוה is my helper, I shall not fear what man shall do to me.””
Hebrews 13:5-6
“Not that I speak concerning need, for I have learned to be content in whatever state I am. I know what it is to be humbled, and I know what it is to have in excess. In any and every situation I have learned both to be filled, and to be hungry, both to have in excess, and to be in need. I have strength to do all, through Messiah who empowers me.”
Philippians 4:11-13
“All the days of the afflicted are evil, But gladness of heart is a continual feast. Better is a little with the fear of יהוה, Than great treasure with trouble. Better is a meal of vegetables where love is, Than a fatted calf with hatred.”
Proverbs 15:15-17
“The fear of יהוה leads to life, And he remains satisfied, He is not visited by evil.”
Proverbs 19:23
“I call upon you, therefore, brothers, through the compassion of Elohim, to present your bodies a living offering – set-apart, well-pleasing to Elohim – your reasonable worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you prove what is that good and well-pleasing and perfect desire of Elohim.”
Romans 12:1-2
“He who earnestly seeks good, Seeks what is pleasing; But to him who seeks evil, It comes to him. He who trusts in his riches falls, But the righteous flourish like a leaf.”
Proverbs 11:27-28
Yahuah wants you to flourish. He wants you to have joy and contentment. Find Him in your quiet place. Let His Word go deep inside your heart and help to keep you set apart.

This blog is for me, and I too want a quiet simple life, that’s good enough for me. I appreciate the quiet place that I have as I detach from the things of this World, draw nearer to Yahuwah and allow him to cleanse and purify my heart, my mind and my soul. Thank you so very much for the reminder that Yahuwah created us to live in a garden! HalaluYAH! 🙌❤️🙌

Hello sweet sister!
Philippians 4:7
ESV
7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
To me, the peace that this world knows is nothing compared to the true shalom that our heavenly Abba only gives. This is exactly what the world is looking for; yet they do not know it.
When people enter our 1950’s farm house on 10 acres in North Carolina, they all say, “I feel so much peace here in your home.”
That peace comes from Yahuah my Abba. The house is but a small house, but Yaweh makes it a home, a refuge, a retreat, a place of worship. We ask people to remove their shoes, because they were standing on holy ground. That may or may not be technically true…but it makes my point, that we don’t want the worries, cares, pollution, and grime of this dark world entering into out home.
May you and your husband be blessed with this shalom. May you continue to find favor. And may you have long life.
HallaluYah!! That’s amazing brother 😁 thank you for sharing 😌 Yah bless you and your household as well!! May the blessings continue to overflow!!
Thank you for sharing this is peace of Yah. Give honor to him and he keeps us his hand. Praise Yah for his creation. love and blessings. Joyce
Love and blessings to you too Sister Joyce! Blessings overflow ❤️😌
What a blessing from Yahuah to see your gardening video and He is leading us to start growing ourselves! We have been introduced to noblerootsfarm.com and they only use pesticide, hormone and vaccine free produce, as well as their animals and I believe they ship from Florida. I’ve been teaching this for Yahuah for 25 years now and have never encountered the farm not vaccinating their animals, HalleluYAH!
Very well said! Thanks H!
That’s beautiful Sister Renée 😌❤️ I love that. When the farms are small enough they can give the animals the space they need to be healthy happy and free!! I have some Hebrew friends with sheep and goats who garden and it’s beautiful to see how they live as well. More and more of us need to get back to living off the land – as far as we can! It’s a great way to live.
Good Day! ☺
HalaluYah and Praise Yah!👐🏼
Thank you Hadarah, this is altogether true; all I want is to live a quiet and simple life! 😊 Peaceful!
When the weather permits, I take a daily walk for two to three miles, and I just bask in the beauty of our CREATOR; the sounds of the birds chirping, the very gentle breeze at times, the sound of just being outdoors is so calming to me; especially during the Spring when new life emerges from it’s winter sleep! The beautiful plants, flowers, and greenery; the atmosphere seems to be very similar to your video Hadarah. 👐🏼 Peaceful!
I will play your video over and over just to hear and sense the beauty of nature! I really admire your attentiveness to your garden! 🌹🌿 All praises to The Most High Yah!
Thank you again Hadarah for sharing this lovely moment with us! 🌹
Much Love! ☺
Hugs and more Hugs! 🤗
Shabbat Shalom! 🙏🏼
Shalom Sister Hedy 👋🏾 I’m so so glad the video was meaningful for you 😌❤️ Thank you for sharing! May Yahuah continue to bless you and give you all His peace 🤗
… Yah’s creation, just by existing, gives Him all the praise…SO perfectly expressed, Hadarah, thank you!!
Yes! HallaluYAH 😌❤️
Sooo grateful that you shared all of this amazing bounty- what a blessing! And your sheer PURE child- like joy, wonderment and praise to Yah shines forth beyond measure and is so heartwarming AND infectious! Yah is using you as a VICTORY VESSEL! Because listening to your songs and beholding Yah’s creation in your garden…it all ” keeps our minds stayed on heavenly things” helping us gain VICTORY in the ruach and in Yah over any thoughts that ha satan is trying to ” plant” in us each day.:) THANK YOU, for your willingness to be used of Yah in these ways that keep our cups overflowing, Sister. No matter HOW often you decide to post, Yah is going to continue to provide the increase. 🙂
❤️
